This is a Sriracha like no other! Made from whole peppers, not reconstituted from pepper powder like so many others. This gives the sauce richness and depth of flavor.
A little goes a long way, so if you don't finish the jar within a month (keep in frig after opening), simply freeze and then unfreeze when you are ready to start enjoying again. You can do this multiple times. The consistency remains perfect.
